Celina Jiya Jaitley was born in Simla, India, November 24, 1981 in Indian Punjabi father and Afghani mother. His father, Colonel V.K. Jaitley, was an Indian official and his mother was Queen Beauty Meet Afghanistan and a professional psychologist. Celina has a brother who is also the Indian army.
